Online Sales Policy
Customer service is priority. We will do everything possible to make sure that your order is filled in a timely manner and that your shipment will arrive when expected.
Please note that the prices that you see on our website reflect the Designer’s Suggested Retail Price(MSRP). The designers that we represent do not allow their collections to be displayed on a website for a lower price than the MSRP. If you see a lower price on any other website for the exact style from the same designer than you KNOW FOR CERTAIN that website is producing and selling counterfeit dresses or gowns of inferior quality and shipping them as originals.
We do everything we can to keep the prices on our website accurate and consistent with what the designer is currently charging. However, it is possible that there may be a price on our website that is an error.
If you purchase something on our website that is determined to be listed with an incorrect price we will correct the price on our website immediately and contact you to inform you of the error. We WILL NOT bill you until you have been informed of the corrected price. At that time you will have the opportunity to cancel your purchase or process a new order.
Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will we honor a price that is found to be incorrect. This would be considered a breach of agreement with our designers, who do not allow lower prices then their MSRP.

Formalwear Return Policy
ALL FORMALWEAR SALES in store and online are a FINAL SALE. Orders cannot be cancelled unless we cannot fulfill your selection / size or wear date.
We will correspond with you via email confirming your order and ship date within 48 hours. You will only be charged when your purchase has been allocated for shipping.
Orders will be shipped UPS Ground free of charge. If you need expedited shipping a fee will incur.
A purchase of a sale or promotional item will be charged a shipping fee that will be determined once your package is prepared.
We do not ship outside the U.S. & Canada. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or to second parties.
Clothing & Accessory Return Policy
ONLY FULL PRICED CLOTHING is returnable. All returns must be made within 10 days from receipt of purchase. All returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached. Please package as it was received. All items will be inspected upon return. Sonya’s reserves the rights of refusal if any return should not meet these requirements.
Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Please enclose a copy of your receipt in the box.
To return any item a return authorization must be issued by sonyasclothing.com.
Please email us your request. The return authorization number issued must be written on the outside of returned box. If your return is not authorized it will be refused and a credit will not be issued.
SALE ITEMS AND ACCESSORIES ARE A FINAL SALE.
All return freight must be pre-paid and insured. COD packages will not be accepted.
